TERMS OF SERVICE
The plain-language rules that keep IRONFORGE safe, fair, and running smoothly for every member.
1. Membership & Free Trial
The 7-day free trial grants full access to the gym floor, group classes, and mobile app. No payment method is required, and the trial ends automatically — you will never be charged unless you choose a membership plan. Memberships are billed monthly or annually according to the plan you select.
2. Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise carries inherent risk. By using our facilities you confirm that you are in adequate health to participate, and you agree to consult a physician before beginning any new training program. Please report injuries or equipment issues to staff immediately.
3. Member Conduct
We ask all members to re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, and treat fellow members and staff with respect. IRONFORGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for behavior that endangers others or damages the facility.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime and remain active through the end of the current billing period. Annual memberships can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused full months. Cancel in person, through the mobile app, or by emailing info@ironforgefitness.com.
5. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to manage your membership and will never sell or share your personal data with third parties. Questions about your data can be sent to info@ironforgefitness.com.
